(“ProSafe,” “our,” “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy applies solely to the information that you directly input into this website (“Website”).

By accessing or using our Website, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information of any sort, including personal information, from children under 13. ProSafe complies with EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss–U.S. Privacy Shield Framework (Privacy Shield) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. ProSafe has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such information. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. ProSafe is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. ProSafe complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, ProSafe is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, ProSafe may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, you may contact your country’s Data Protection Authority, which you may find listed here. ProSafe commits to cooperate with the panel established by the EU Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and Switzerland.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including encryption mechanisms, password requirements, regular malware scans, and extensive staff training and contractual agreements.
